Mexican Flag Day

∞ Mexican flags are seen hoisted high in front of offices, government buildings, and some homes on February 24. Thousands of people attend events held across Mexico to honor the flag.

∞ The history of the flag goes back to the Aztecs. They used to have their own symbols to represent the different regions.

∞ Since the Independence, there have been many flags that represented the country before.

∞ It was until this day, February 24^th, that the current flag was chosen as our official flag.
